Probably not an actual yandere, he likely wants to push a marriage with her for the same reason Adrian did, money, he's either accrued some debts with his importation business (or embezzled way too hard), and wants to fold in her family's business, to cover his ass, or wants to pass his crimes over to her family business, to save his own reputation. Either way, bad idea to get involved with him.
