For (2) we haven't bought the magazines that far back so really can't say if there is a difference...

Thanks @mark1246 but we don't use any raw sites, we prefer to buy the titles (volumes or magazines) we work on... we will continue working from the volumes until we catch-up with the monthly magazine (Champion RED) that this manga is serialized.
