It honestly seemed like a premise with potential (correct sort of hijink setup for a series that adores absurdity, plausible choice of romantic pairing, more than half-decent art) so I did a rare thing for me and tried reading a doujinshi...
Alas, I'm reminded why I don't. Losing track of who the characters are almost immediately, decent ideas fumbled though unconvincing execution... Not my cup of tea.
(Finally, this isn't really "shounen-ai" by the usual standards as opposed to just being homoerotic; there is no romance that I could discern, just fujoshi-ish bromance. It's undoubtedly 'correct' inasmuch as target audience goes, mind.)
