Jui-san no Oshigoto in Isekai - Ch. 43 - Battle Maniac

Now this is what i call a battle! Good fighting scenes (very good imo) which are easy to follow, it goes back and forth building suspense and a plan which outsmarts a superior opponent! Very enjoyable

@jebh Blood is a conductive material, so when she uses "electric discharge" (this is what discarga elétrica means) the blood works as conductor. All the magic incantations in this manga is in portuguese, so check out for translations

I like this battle. There's no battle of the word like other isekai's.
They just go there and start hitting each other...

@jebh same as dousing someone with water and putting an electrical current through it. It increases the effectiveness of an electrical shock and the danger.

@Speak_Evil
depends on multiple conditions
well besides the iron can be entirely discounted because its bonded and thus not conductive
and in its raw form besides being somewhat more sticky than water mixed with rocksalt its a worse conductor as it also mainly relies on the water and salt content for conducting electric charges

and after being exposed to air and electricity it should coagulate which should also decrease the conductivity after a short time

ofc isekai blood may work differently but thats atleast the case for our rl-version of blood

edit: all in all if that maniac has open wounds which get also splashed it should do the trick of bypassing the resistance of the skin without touching the wound directly so it should still work somewhat in the short run
metal spikes on a full metal shield or metal wiring should have done a better job imo (maybe later on)

edit2: direct contact of the charge and the conductor would still be necessary as air is a very poor conductor

Now chop his legs and arms off so that he can't escape. If he starts muttering magic words or whatever, stab a knife to his eye/ear.
