Just a heads up for the admins

Just now when i entered mangadex site i was confused since my follow tab shows manga that i dont remember following/reading. When i checked my profile it seems i was login with another person's account. Just giving a heads up for admins here, other people might screw other people's account.

There's already a topic in Home/MangaDex/Bugs (i was randomly logged in as someone else.) for this.
Reloading any page should resolve the issue.
