That company, and especially that one coworker is fucked up. Man’s already got enough self-esteem issues as is, I think the manga is trying to get a message across but forcing someone to get out of their shell isn’t a good one. The romance was... bad. Couldn’t properly read the whole thing due to the smoke fuming from my head, the coworker is somehow even worse than the stereotypical manga bullies.
