Page 6, "Jumping into things so presumptuously" -- I don't think that's the word you want. If you're presumptuous it means you're, like, disrespectful of authority and acting like a bigger deal, higher status, than you actually are. You think you can roll with the daimyos when you're just a ronin. From context I'm thinking you want "impetuously" or maybe "precipitously" or something like that.
