Oh wait no ... she's still a Mary-Sue who always wins.
This author is great at coming up with stories and the art is amazing but non-stop winning for Takagi is definitely grating. It's like Charlie Brown never kicking the football he might lose that but he wins elsewhere with friends and Lucy loses elsewhere too even to Charlie Brown at times.

And the idea that Nishikata winning Takagi somehow makes up for it all isn't applicable.

@Cyreader - Just because Takagi wins, doesn't mean she's a Mary sue. The title is Teasing Master Takagi-san. Plus there has been a few times where he got the upper hand, but didn't know it.
