Masaru just Narumi'd Faceless! Not a fan of Faceless going down this route, feels like the author needed an excuse for Masaru not to lose. But, Faceless is an insane narcissistic so it kinda makes sense. Kinda.

The anime I feel really suffered from its shorter ”introduction” of Faceless as the big bad. Here, he really feels like a continuation of Yin and Sadayoshi, and an utter asshat that needs to be stopped, rather than something pulled out of a hat.
