Isn't the easiest way out of that club to take your phone and call the cops? You can't exactly charge someone 160,000 yens for getting escorted in with no talk of an entrance fee and doing nothing but sit still for a while. I'm no expert on the Japanese laws, but I doubt they have paid the local cops enough to make that fly. Especially since American soldiers are involved. The Japanese officials don't want them in the news due to any big trouble, and thus they would save some gullible visiting students from Tokyo asap before anything could happen.

But since the MC actually wanted to fight, it's a different story.
