I have to agree but wouldn't be too surprised if the manga tries to force one. I would like to see something new in the sense that the authors challenges themselves and write a love story without introducing a love rival "potential" that isn't really there. Of course it could be worse, many harem mangas tries to force 4+ girls and fail miserably because they can't do enough screen time to more than two girls properly, and even then it becomes very apparent quickly which person the MC ends up with us the readers suffering through too many "fluffy attempted" filler episodes done poorly.
