Original timeline- Miyako is in love with Hiroto, she died, her sister blamed herself for Miyako's death, Tsukasa spent several years developing the key to go to the past, Hana fell for Shirota while working with him

Timeline 1 - Beginning of the manga, same event as Original Timeline except Miyako got the key to go to the past

Timeline 2 - Miyako went back to the past, became Hiroto's gf (temporarily), Miyako's sis hated Hiroto for breaking up with Miyako, Miyako finally fall for Tsukasa, Hiroto resets the time

Timeline 3 - Timeline 3 happens exactly as Original Timeline except Hiroto has memories of time leap. Miyako was going to die again and met Tsukasa from the Original Timeline who gave her the special 2-winged key.

Timeline 4 (current timeline) - Miyako time leaped as far as school entrance ceremony. She's trying to capture Tsukasa this time.

The future, 20x5 Miyako went to in this chapter is still Timeline 4. The Tsukasa from the future knew about the keys and time leap because Miyako told him about it after they dated. There's some more further details on that but it's best to not spoil too much
