As much as I love how juicy and delicate fish meat is, I can't handle the fact that the bone of the fish is a major turn-off for me. I think I got a minor trauma from when I choke on the fish bone when I was a child. I don't understand how you supposed to eat fish on a stick and not bite the bone. I love fillet but preparing them you need some skills.

Fish meat is 10/10 but the bone is -5 points
