Keep the title of the manga and its chapter selection box on "Upcoming Chapter" pages

It's pretty annoying to have to go back a page, scroll up for what seems like 15 pages of manga when it's a scroller, and then click on the title of the manga if I want to leave a comment. It's also strange why the chapter selection and title would be on every page of the manga except the one displaying the scanlator's website to see the upcoming chapter.

Just a small quality of life change that would be super helpful.

The green comment box is at the top as well as bottom of the manga for me.
