@spurgleburgle I think there was a concept of partial transformation (I think it was covered in the anime as well, but no longer sure). So her partial transformation may be to turn some parts into elephant parts to increase her offensive abilities via muscle strength of those parts. Full transformation makes her bigger to get the full elephant benefits
