@karolyn if that's your thing you'd love Hello, Melancholic. It's also probably one of the best yuri manga going on right now (and it's not at all melancholic, quite the opposite). Though there's no English translation currently. I'm reading it in Spanish, so if you can read it, check it out. If you can't, follow it cause someone is bound to pick it up soon (I see yuri mangakas talking about it quite a bit on twitter, so it seems popular).

You know, on the surface this is about this shy low-self-esteem depressed girl and this cheerful outgoing popular normal girl. But I'm getting serious stalker vibes from her; I get this feeling she's actually had a fixation on the MC for some time.

It gives me more of a "I'm going to die a so I want to share a bit of my time with you" instead of stalker vibes. The name of the series kinda points that way too, but hopefully I'm wrong, kinda want to see a good ending for shy mc with ougoing cheerful girl since it's a trope that always gets me to smile.

@TheMaskedOne if it makes you feel better, I'm very jealous that you speak Tagalog. It's such a cool-sounding language (I just watched a random video of people speaking it cause I didn't remember what it sounded like).

Also, jeez, these comments are overreacting (and I don't even know over what??). This manga has been pretty cute so far and there's no drama tag, so calm down. Also, the mangaka only posts cute drawings on twitter, not to mention she's a fan of several extremely cute yuri manga (like Pocha Climb, Can't Defy the Lonely Girl and Whispering You a Love Song), so I doubt she'd give us such a creepy/tragic story outta nowhere like y'all are speculating.
