Whew! We'd gotten through three whole chapters without Kido getting naked, I was starting to worry Matsuena had grown a conscience.

Although... lol, that "fight" scene and the make-up afterwards remind me why I started reading his work to begin with.

I never said that pages are missing , but many times kissing is implied by sounds ( or SFX ,how the translators put it ) like chu or mmh.
mmh is often used to imply kissing or even written when kissing is clearly shown , what it means here is what I am confused about,
it cud be either him replying to her question with just a sound ( commonly used in daily speech) or to imply they are kissing, although most probably he just saying yes , but a kiss is also possible

Not sure why you were asking me then :)
I don't think "Mmh." is supposed to be kissing SFX (SFXs are not usually placed in bubbles for one), just an interjection indicating agreement. If it were me, i'd went with "mhm" instead, but i think it could be written this way as well.
