I think "skort" refers to a piece of clothes that is shorts that look like a skirt. By the senpai is wearing just a skirt.

@flannan That's just what was in the raws. Might be a cultural difference in the meaning, since one of the definitions for "スコート" (sukouto) on jisho is "short skirt for playing tennis", which definitely fits here.
