This was nice, but one problem I see is, in this one what exactly is the point of her keeping her scarf on? All losing it does is give her a sweet personality. Makes it less a plot device and more a plot hole.

@Viridios That's my point--they seem to handle it differently in the main series from in the chapter 0. In chapter 0 it doesn't serve much of a function (although her no-scarf mode is really cute).

@givemersspls Not really buying your point. Once the talisman is off, she's saying "I'm so sorry I drank too much when I had it on!" So she overdrains people with the talisman still on, so what exactly is it preventing? And we don't know for sure, but it looks awfully like her without-talisman personality is too sweet for her to overfeed in that mode, so she's actually more dangerous with it on. Now it does look like her without-talisman mode is probably so honest she'd go around admitting to be a vampire, which could cause problems . . . but in her abrasive mode with talisman on, she goes around admitting she's a vampire, so no difference there either. It needed some reworking if it was going to function in a longer story.
