@cash-616 Lights off, dark outside the window (rainy weather) and door got closed. She doesn't really see him either - but she saw when he came in so she knows it's him. And her voice sounds merely weird because she's got tissue paper stuck up her nose. (Until the jumpscare, when he's distracted by the pale bloody face and the scary words, followed by the sound of thunder.)

Is difficult to see all that details like the raining or the tissues, and more with so many inconsistencies in the rest of the mangas, it really deserve to appreciate all that details from the autor.
