So I went through some of the raws near the end and in chapter 55 the MC has lesbian sex with the wife and by chapter 58 the last chapter I think they've had some procedure done to get pregnant and their still with the wife but I of course can't read the Japanese and only used some google translate so take all this with a grain of salt
