@gloomygom There is a completed novel on novelupdates called Reborn as my Love Rival's Wife. Its where a guy gets into an accident and wakes up in the body of a girl who happens to be the wife of the handsome rich guy from his university who is the reason why he has been single his whole life. Its my favourite novel and its one of the funniest things I've read.

I don't know if you'd consider that similar but its the only one I could think of.
