If you are referring to the sketches on the last two-three pages, they are just that, sketches. They are meant to look messy and quick. I think she may even be trying to emulate fashion sketches, which when done quickly, look like the person never touched an erraser. I also wonder if this manga got axed and had to be rushed, so some of the panels aren't looking as nice as some of the others.
