The first mention of orcs was in chapter 17, where Yuna hunted many monster around Crimonia while practicing magic without reporting and got a scolding from guild master.
Manga is based on light novel. There is an extra chapter at the end of volume 1 about Yuna summoning the bears, and this chapter is based on that extra one.
