@Translator: the reference to mountain climbers is about George Mallory, a famous English mountain climber who, when asked why he wanted to climb Mount Everest, replied "because it's there", which is now more or less the unofficial motto of mountain climbers.

So Kuro sempai is saying a variation of it when she says she wants to get in the bath because it's there.
