Kurosagi - Vol. 13 Ch. 140 - Money Laundering Fraud VII

so Mr. Ka https://mangadex.org/chapter/863687/3 is K, https://mangadex.org/chapter/886346/6 I feel dumb for not realizing it earlier.

I could be wrong, but I think K is Katsuragi. I'll feel dumb if I'm proved wrong :)

K is most likely Katsuragi in this case, due to Kurosaki and Hayase's conversation about how the money stolen was the Old Man's. However, it is possible that K is a collective alias among multiple fixers that remain in touch. It would explain why Mr. Ka knows Kurosaki's name; information being shared among different fixers under the name of K.

@AncientSpark
thanks, collective alias makes sense to me, I was betting that the chinese guy wasn't referring to K - katsuragi because it was weird for him to be surprised by K being embezzled since katsuragi's right hand man just showed up , leaving Katsuragi unprotected: https://mangadex.org/chapter/845728/10 , and Katsuragi would seem too influential outside of Japan

@cgr I'm pretty sure K means katsuragi, since katsuragi is a mediator of some sorts for the laundering route, and the Chinese mafia don't necessarily know exactly what is going on. Just because katsuragi is a mediator doesn't mean all the money flowing though the route is his.

@QSS
you're misunderstanding my rationale: it's common knowledge that hayase (aka. kanburong) is katsuragi's right hand man and bodyguard so as soon the chinese mafia saw him there, they should have thought: 'wait, katsuragi sent kanburong here? Hayashi must have really offended Katsuragi a lot!' but chinese mafia still tried to play dumb, https://mangadex.org/chapter/886346/5 , so them being too surprised that K's money was embezzled too suggests K isn't Katsuragi this time.

Not only I don't understand the chapter, I even don't understand the comment section too!!!
