Kuudere's are the Best Anime Archetype: Change my Mind

I'm not a fan of kuuderes at all. I don't like being around people that expect me to carry entire conversations and rarely say anything back; it's far more exhausting and frustrating than someone who's outright confrontational. I don't think I'd be able to be comfortable around such a person if they didn't drop the "kuu", even if they loved me very much. Just don't see the appeal.

I don't mind emotionless girls who are very talkative or obviously have strong feelings about things but just aren't able to express them well, like Aharen or your robot girls. But proper kuuderes just aren't for me.

It's about the typical lovestruck character types that are often used in Shōnen manga & anime.

They can be plenty talkative once you get to know them. Similar to the dandere in the way. In fact it’s not that kuuderes don’t talk, they can be plenty conversation. Most of the time it’s that her icy demeanor and perhaps high status make most too scared to approach.

I meant hypothetically irl as opposed to just fictional characters. Closest thing to an actual archetype I've seen irl was deredere.

On a somewhat separate hand, I had a tsundere like me irl and I never found out till like 2 years later. Thought she hated me or something

I'm a bit disappointed now that I didn't know the dere types much earlier.
Classifying the deres I knew in my teens, it would have been amusing.

There was one that loved to punch me in the guts.
But now I'll never know whether she was Tsundere or Yandere or Sadodere.

it's true that im' prefer kuudere over tsundere, but i don't hate tsundere.
rather i just feel that tsundere lost their charm if they remove the tsun

and the worst that's happen to most tsundere characters, such as Kirisaki Chitoge & Kousaka Kirino.

but that never happen to Kuudere, they consistent until the end of anime

Deredere is supreme. Miss me with psycho bitches stuck in middleschool mentality. Kuuderes are fine, but honest sweethearts are best.
