If Aoi is not happy with Shussei leaving, then she should go study abroad with him. She wants to become a chef after all. All she needs to do is finish at the school she already agreed to go to and then she can apply and go to the states to learn there as well and be with Shuusei. Sure they will be apart for a while, but it won't be as long as they're thinking and it'll be beneficial for both their futures. I will say though, that I am happy that she is trying to make it work so he can achieve his dreams along with her dreams. While it is going to be hard for a while I know they can do it.
