Yep, the villain is just as clichéd and uninteresting as I thought he would be. Honestly, I never liked the plot of this manga, but I was never reading it for the plot in the first place. I'm just hoping for more superhero action and borderline nudity.

Also, bullshit on the zero causalities thing, look at all the buildings they destroyed.
