"I still got places still as of untanned" is a word salad.

"I still got places that haven't tanned yet/I still got places I need to tan yet" is probably what you were going for. Probably, because I'm legit not sure what it was supposed to be saying.

And while I'm at it, the second sentence should be "How about we go out and tan together". Go out is a phrasal verb, tan out isn't.
