Sorry I'm wrong there are those with Yuri and Yaoi, they just don't fit all the other requirements you threw it.

yep, what Granitefish said, too many tags and you had the And requirement set on the tags. If you leave you're search the way it was except change the And requirement to Any you get https://mangadex.org/search?tag_mode_exc=any&tag_mode_inc=any&tags=28,30,37,38,59,62 with 11,000 titles.
