Locked Manga?

Just wanted to know why some manga are locked, leaving people unable to upload latest manga cover and thumbnails. @HEXAMENDLE Manga get locked when there are edit wars, such as people constantly fighting over the title of the manga being 5-toubun, go-toubun, or the official english. Ask the mods to unlock it if you want to upload covers
