Long Strip jumps up while reading

Whenever I read a manhwa in Long Strip format, as I scroll down the page it will randomly jump back up to an earlier spot on the strip. This happens multiple times on each chapter, with multiple manhwa, regardless of how long I let the page load and regardless of how I scroll. it is honestly very frustrating to read like this and this hasn't happened before.

Do you have swipe sensitivity enabled in the reader settings? If you're using mobile, I guess.
