Looking for a manga.

There was a manga I was reading. Plot like this....
The middle aged guy was a guild receptionist though he wanted to become an adventure and then one day he meets a feamle Elf S rank adventure and somehow defeats a dragon. Then she and her party(strongest S rank) train him to become adventure. Afterwards he takes adventure exam although he is OP but still doubt his strength and can barely use magic.
