Looking for a Manga

Hello! Id like to get some help finding the manga with these events:

-A romance/shoujo Manga with the main pair bickering and competing with each other all the time about ranks and competitions and stuff, I don't quite remember what happens in between but at one point one of them says the won since they proposed to the other first (if i remember correctly, ot was atop of some stairs)
