Looking for a manhwa i forgot

Ok so i dont remember the title or have any clues about it. All i remember is the plot and not even in it's entirety and i might end up accidentally mixing elements from other stories.

I think it was a manhwa/webcomic, im not sure. The main character kills his mom and ends up becoming a criminal. I think he killed her cuz she suddenly became crazy. Anyways, he gets coerced by the government to join an organization to fight... something? The organization also happens to have other recruits who are also criminals but have powers? Im honestly stumped.
