Looking for a shoujo manga I once read

It was about a really shy, tall girl who's good at running. She starts making friends with this popular dude. He says she has ears like a monkey.

The art style is really distinct: very shaky/wobbly line art.

I read it a long time ago and now I've completely forgotten what it was called. I know this wasn't the best description so it's a shot in the dark lol
