I sadly don't remember it's name or any names, just some general things. And even those only vaguely. 
Two people fall in love, but one of them has a heart condition, where they have only a limited number of heartbeats for their whole life, and they'll die once that number is used up. They don't tell their partner though, who is only told (by a friend?) shortly before the other one dies.
I'd be really happy if someone could tell me what this mangas name is. According to my hazy memories I really enjoyed reading that manga.
