Looking for an isekai manga

I follow so many isekai manga and I can't remember which one I'm looking for. It was "probably" one of the ones where the girl gets reincarnated as a villainess. All I can recall is that in the last chapter I read from the series the main girl gets stabbed trying to protect her love interest. Whether or not she ACTUALLY got stabbed, or some how something happened to protect her, I couldn't tell you. I'm not sure if it has updated since I last read that chapter so as far as I know she got full on shanked. Thank you for any assistance.

No, it isn't this one. In the one I'm looking for they were out shopping in town and someone attacked them.

Oh, I found it. It was not an isekai manga nor does the main character have light colored hair. So I was completely off.

I'd also think the fact that she can't see the princes face because he's too bright would have been something more prominent about it than her getting stabbed.
