Looking for an Isekai with female protag.

All I can remember about this specific isekai is that it's about a girl who modernizes the town she reincarnates into. She invents a train, phones, weapons like guns and cannons, etc etc etc. She also has a fiancé and is the daughter of the village chief or something?

Most of the manga is about her showing off her inventions to her fiancé.

I remembered another part of the manga was people with magic go berzerk when their emotions get heightened.
