Looking for someone to change manga status

I'm the TLer for this manga, and I've just completed the whole thing. I want to change the publication status to 'Completed' and set the last chapter as 'END' and all that, but I don't have the privilege because I'm just a lowly 'Member'. How do I easily find someone who has the permissions to edit stuff like that in this website?

Also I think there should be a function to at least request approvals from contributors even if you're only a Member.

If you make a group and upload under that group then you get edit right for the manga you upload.
Otherwise you can report the manga, that's what that function is for.

'Reporting' sounds really off though ?
Also END tag should go to the very last chapter, 25.99, actually.

Usually the END tag is added to main chapters, not specials.

I think in this case the END should go on 25.99 though. Chapter 25 was a normal chapter that doesn't complete the series in any way; the author only announced that this pre-serialized version was ending in the chapter I uploaded as 25.99.
