Lost a manga I read for two episodes and can't remember the name

This is /r/thetipofmytongue material. I read a manga which was an Isekai (original right) where the MC was summoned to a new world. They appraised his skill but it was shit, after him Chad thundercock arrives and gets appraised too. He scores 99 on every skill like it's Runescape, so they love him immediately. The MC was supposed to be teleported back but they forgot about him. After that he gets deported to a forest where he Nagasaki'd the whole forest filled with monsters. Suddenly he's level 9999 and busted. Saw some cute girls too which probably will be part of his harem.
