@Tatherwood I agree with you on everything but 4th graders in romcom manga can't have decent romance.
I was expecting something like https://mangadex.org/title/31446/the-clueless-transfer-student-is-assertive and not proper romance. Guess I was expecting too much.

@anutrix It's in my To-read. But you lost me, I fear. You were expecting "something like that, not proper romance"? Then what kind of romance does that one have? I mean, tag is there for sure. I'd expect something similar to this, a crush without major development.

@Tatherwood https://mangadex.org/title/31446/the-clueless-transfer-student-is-assertive is a gem. Much much better than this. Just go through the first few chapters. It's 2-4 pages in most chapters. Also, it has development for sure. Probably the only manga which is just wholesome and romcom while still maintaining 4th grader level innocence.
Also, my bad, "by proper romance" I meant typical romance progression. The wrong choice of words I guess.
It doesn't need romantic development(

) and it has a bit of character development. It's mostly fluff though.
