@Ktoromto It may not help clarify, but on the author's twitter, he draws Kieran as a super buff guy. So I guess is safe to say the boobs we saw at first were only his giant moobs adjusting to his actual frame, being a shapeshifting demon and all.

For the record, the author made human versions of all major characters so far (including the bird man we see this chapter). They were all male except for Fjord that also had a female form (was a full blown futa with his crazy ass dick and everything). So I guess is safe to say Kieran is indeed male.
