@Kidawesome55 She could be malnourished even though she is provided with enough food in her condition she might not have enough appetite or the food is not enough and adding more would be unhealthy. The slave trader would not or cannot (by law) force her to eat not that kind of manga. Breast is mostly fat so it would shrink in such condition
