There's a romance tag so I feel like it'll go a couple of ways
1)The protag is actually a girl despite the description and it's Director X Isopod Kun
2)The manga doesn't focus on the romance enough for a yaoi or shounen-ai tag but it's male protag x director
3)The protag is male and dates someone else but apparently just blushes like that when looking at someone???
