Alright, so I get that here CAD is casting assistant device, and even in the real world more often nowadays, people only say it for computer aided design... but every single time I see it, I still think of the version that basically no one ever uses; cad, noun 1. an ill-bred man, especially one who behaves in a dishonorable or irresponsible way toward women. I have a thing for old timey insults nobody uses anymore, I guess.
