When people ask for such a rule, I usually ask them to actually formulate one — not describe its objectives, nor give some vague statement, but actually write what would be a proper rule. Bird woman is a kappa-ish demon who specializes in elemental magic so she trained sleepy cloud guy (earth) and hairy samurai (wind). Everyone got training by a teacher based on their personalities or abilities. Iruma got the fake loli who taught archery. Clara and Elizabetta got succubus training, Shax(? the one always playing videogames and standing on his tail) got the excitable newbie teacher to train his senses. Lion and Jazz got a swindler who taught them to steal better. Alice and Sarbok got mask&birdleg teacher who taught them combat. Owl and IceIdol got a gentleman who taught charisma and command. Alice and Sarbok brute forced their way though the hunt, Clara and Elizabetta charmed and stole from other players, Lion and Jazz scammed other players (until Jazz got hit by an illusion from glasses-horseleg guy and got disqualified for breaking the no-attacking rule) Owl and IceIdol formed an animal Kingdom (Owl able to talk to anything and IceIdol being able to command anything), SleepyCloudGuy and HairySamurai formed their own castle, IceIdol waged war against the castle. Meanwhile, Iruma had fun on the first day camping, then on the 2nd and 3rd Iruma and Shax beat impossible challenges and found some artifact-plant from the previous demon king. He also saved Clara from GlassesHorse's illusions along with Alice and Shax. GlassesHorse used Illusion to steal some magic pot from Shax but Jazz and Lion scammed the pot off him and gave it to Iruma so he could combine pot with plant and finish the quest.

So that's who bird lady is and what happened up until now. 140 (raw) was released a few minutes ago.
