@Sem There's nothing Earth shattering in this tag, but I figured it'd still be best to use one for people who don't want to know anything about the guy on those volume covers until the time is right.

I'm fairly certain that guy has to do with a prequel to this that's on pixiv according to MU. Arsenyo looks a lot younger there so perhaps it was about before he stopped being a regular human? The prequel started in 2018, so it's newer than this is but I dunno if the prequel was made after he was introduced here, or if it was to introduce him before he shows up in this one.
