Make Backlog uploads special

While I appreciate people taking their time to completing the chapter lists of Manga series, it is kinda annoying when you see a chapter pop up in your feed only to find out that it is a reupload of an older chapter.
So my Idea is to give the option on upload to flag chapters as older, so they get marked that way in the feed. Somewhat like this:

That won't actually work for series with multiple release, since there's no way the system can tell a duplicated chapters is an "old" release if it was uploaded after the initial release. I suggest a user setting called "don't notify on re-release", so readers who doesn't want to be bothered with old chapters could turn it on whereas readers who's waiting for the nuked series to be picked up again could leave it off.

Wasn't there an "archive" upload option in Batoto for this very reason? I believe it caused the upload to trigger no notifications and be excluded from any and all "recent updates" lists

@RonBWL I don't think the suggestion is for an automated check, But a manual one on the uploaders side. For Example, TOOR just reuploaded all of the stuff that they did under Hatigram that was removed when they left the site and had them removed. They could instead upload with that box marked making it not show up in the recent updates since they had them up here before.

@Granitefish The problem is users who are aware of the incident will want updates on the old chapters to see when they can re-read again. Hence it's better to have it as user setting, because sometimes a new group comes in and see a manga has no chapters and they upload their scans, unaware that it's a re-upload so they won't be using that setting anyway

@RonBWL in that case it would be a mistake that is usually only gonna happen once, since they are very likely to be notified by the comments after making it.
Also, the idea is to only give them a little marking to make it obvious at first sight that it is a reupload.
